TNT

So I'm feeling like my stomach is going to explode these days. Went to the Dr. last week, and I'm dilated 1 cm, they did a quick mobile ultrasound and found out that the baby is in position. What does this mean? Probably nothing from what I've heard. Lots of stories where women are dilated from 1-3 cm for weeks on end, experience contractions for weeks on end, and then have to be induced. All I know is that I want this baby out, probably more for selfish reasons than not, but I'm hoping I go next week. I have a Dr. Appointment tomorrow too, not sure what they will say. Back pain has been less, thank goodness, due to the fact that the baby has dropped some, thank you Pea Pod, but instead of back pain, I awake from a dead sleep, dreaming stage, because my hips are now in so much pain. Which brings me to my last rant, am I having a 10lb baby? Not very likely, but apparently my body is not cut out to host whatever size this little one is. Hips, well I have those and look like I can push out a 20lb toddler, so I probably will be fine no matter what size it is, but damn when will the pain stop?

Very soon will your pain stop... keep breathing and enjoy all your peaceful moments, because in 2 weeks or less, I'm sure pea pod will be hear voicing his or her own opinion ;) Hang in there! BTW, you've looked great the last couple times we've seen you!

Love you!

It won't be long now! As soon as you see your baby, all the pain will be forgotten.

The best news I can give you is you won't be pregnant forever AND all your symptoms will go away the minute the baby is born.
Lots of other special things are headed your way though- things you can't quite prepare for. First smile, first laugh, etc.
I am hoping and praying something good comes your way SOON too! Every 9 month PG mom feels the same way you do.

Hang in there Katie, Babe! You will have a bundle of joy soon. Being in position is a good thing. Amanda and one of Missy's babies were not until the last few hours. Definitely want head first. Love and positive vibes to the west!!!!Keep us posted. Auntie Jo
