Football, Football, and more Football

What do you do in the evenings? Well, we watch football of course, er, Matt watches football. I don't know what it is this year, but I can not stand football, none of it, not college, and especially not pro. But, I am patient and quiet and let Matt watch his games, and I blog or email, so at least I'm a bit productive. My childhood neighbor Jeanine Stanaway also despised the sport, she called it "fools eliptical." Nothing but overgrown men running around smashing into each other she would say. Who's your favorite team? Who won your fantasy football league? Who's favored to win the bowl games? I just don't care this year, call me crazy, but I guess I'm saving my sport watching for basketball or hockey. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that we are having the Superbowl party this year too, how ironic is that?

I totally agree. The sport is much too overated & has had too much attention/time etc. over the years! We need to start a revolution!

I am soooo on the same page with you on this whole football thing. I was kinda excited for tailgating and good games at the front end of August and by September I was ready for it to end! I'm counting the days till the Superbowl =) As for basketball... I am in love with the men's MSU team and can't wait for games! How crazy!?
Love you very much!

I hate football too it's too noisy- my husband only wathces UM play and when they make a good play he hollars and scares the heck out of all of us girls!
I don't watch any sports at all. I know you will have a good time at the party though! I loved your resolutions- the world would be a better place if we all had your resolutions!
I remember having a quiet house (before the kids).
