Wedding and Birthday Party

This past weekend was the last wedding of the year for us! James Hnetynka married a beautiful bride in Battle Creek, where we spent the weekend. James is my Auntie Gail's nephew, so I've known him since we were both little wee-wads. The colors were black, taupe, and a touch of red. Very classic and simple, unlike the Miller-Warner wedding the weekend before. The food was really yummy too, it was the trimmings for a turkey dinner, which everyone loved! The DJ was great, in order for the tables to be dismissed to eat, we all had to sing Christmas carols. The music was great too, he kept everyone dancing all night! I left the reception with my feet killing me from so much dancing! Sunday was Kayden's birthday party, he is now 4 years old, and quite the little bossy adult at that! We were all a little tired from the wedding, but it was fun to see his joyful expressions after he opened each gift!
